Like you, we’re watching events continue to unfold pertaining to the Coronavirus. We hope that you and your families are doing well and staying safe.
While we are grateful that none of our team (or their immediate families) is sick, our entire staff — including our support team — has been working remotely since March 16th and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
The good news is that this does not affect how we support our panel: our plan is to continue providing them the same level of support through our phones, email and social media, just remotely.
Regarding panel participation:
We absolutely understand that the shopping habits of our panel members may be affected by what’s going on. Like many others, they may be buying large amounts of specific items, or generally stocking up.
Our retail and manufacturer clients have told us that they still find this information highly valuable in light of the current situation. To that end, we’re encouraging our panel members to continue to report their trips when they can.
However, if anyone expects any changes in their weekly shopping experiences, we encourage them to please contact our support team via email.
Regarding messages from NCP:
During this time panel members may still receive certain communications from us pertaining to participation, incentives and other messaging. Many of our communications are automated, so we appreciate patience and understanding.
Staying stronger…together
Our choice of picture may seem a little strange, given the recommendations to maintain “social distancing” in order to limit the spread of the Coronavirus.
But regardless of those limits, it doesn’t change who we are: one big community, helping one another where and when we can.
Perhaps it’s a curbside drop-off of groceries to a neighbor or family member sheltering in place. Maybe it’s a conversation on the phone with someone who’s feeling a little isolated and lonely.
We might be encouraged to avoid physical contact right now, but we’re all still connected. For everything you’re doing to stay connected to those that matter…THANK YOU.
Know that we’re sending positive thoughts to each and every one of you. This is a challenging time, but together we can weather this!
Your friends at NCP
