NCP Named One Of Long Island’s Top Workplaces

NCP has had the honor of being nominated as one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York four years in a row. Now we have an additional honor — we have been named one of Newsday’s Top Workplaces in Long Island.

Newsday  hired consulting and research firm Energage to anonymously poll more than 24,000 employees at 116 Long Island based employers. The survey measured several of aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
