I say this every year, and I’ll say it again! How is it almost Labor Day already? Where did the time go? I hope you’re having a nice summer; it’s not officially over yet!
Labor Day is an annual celebration of the social and economic achievements of American workers. It is also seen to some as the unofficial end of summer. Summer vacations are over, camp is over, kids are back to school/college, the sunsets are getting earlier each day, and cooler temps are on the way.
Whether you choose to relax at home, get together with family and friends, go to the beach/pool, or even shop for Labor Day sales, I hope you have an enjoyable holiday weekend.
I thought it would be fun to share some interesting facts and stats about Labor Day.
Let’s begin with some travel stats from AAA.
