During the first week in October, The Panel Support Center (NCP's customer service department) took part in their annual Customer Service Week.
Now in its fifth year, Customer Service Week serves a dual purpose: it gives our PCS team members an opportunity to reacquaint themselves with customer service best practices and techniques, and it allows our management to express gratitude for a year's worth of dedication to our panel.
Each year, a special theme for the week is selected. This year, it was "Game of Phones."
Our representatives took part in activities and games - all designed to improve their already high standards of support. However, with a nod to the hit television series (and novels), the activities all had a "Game of Thrones" spin to them.
The activities were hosted by NCP's Communications Manager Tom LaSusa, portraying "Tom Snow," a "lesser known character" from the series.
Panel Support Representatives competed in a week's worth of challenges, which at the end saw three of them "crowned" as "Rulers of the PSC."
As a special treat, our reps were also rewarded with several lunches, breakfasts and dinners.
